Small refundable deposit: We collect a refundable 110 USD cash deposit at handover - no card holds and we never keep your documents. The deposit is fully refunded when you return the car.

We do not offer private driver services. We are dedicated to the self-drive experience, ensuring you get a reliable, well-maintained car to enjoy independence while exploring Bali.

Child seats: We provide child seats free of charge (let us know if you need one and we'll confirm availability for your dates).

GPS: There is no need for a separate GPS device. All our cars feature Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so you can easily use Google Maps for navigation.

Surfboard racks: We do not offer surfboard racks at the moment.

Our rental cars are strictly for use within mainland Bali and cannot be taken on ferries to nearby islands such as Nusa Penida, Lombok, or Java. Keeping the vehicles on the main island ensures we can provide you with our reliable 24/7 roadside assistance if you ever need help.

We offer friendly and flexible cancellation terms:

No refunds to wait for: Since we take no prepayment and no card details, there is simply nothing to charge in the first place - cancelling never means chasing your money back.

Before pickup: You can cancel anytime before your rental starts. Just send us a quick WhatsApp message or email - no questions asked.

At delivery: When we deliver the car, take your time to inspect it inside and out. If for any reason you don't like it, you can cancel right on the spot without paying anything.

We include comprehensive car insurance for free. You're covered for the big stuff, so you can just enjoy the drive.

For any damage to the car, your maximum liability is only 110 USD. Anything above that is fully covered by the included insurance.

Small scratches and dents are part of driving in Bali. We handle them transparently and fairly, so a small mark never becomes a big deal.

Yes. On top of the comprehensive car insurance, every rental automatically includes third-party liability insurance up to 50,000,000 IDR per claim.

We include this at no extra charge. This is the highest level of third-party protection currently available for car rentals in Bali - something many other companies either don't offer at all or require a paid upgrade to get.

The insurance package included is already the strongest setup available on a Bali rental car: comprehensive car insurance with the lowest possible out-of-pocket (110 USD max), plus top-tier third-party liability protection - both free.

No paid upgrades: We don't upsell. You get our best coverage by default.

For extra peace of mind: If you want coverage beyond what any Bali rental policy can cover, personal travel insurance is the standard backup. Many travel plans already include self-drive coverage.

We keep the handover process simple and fast. It usually takes just 5 minutes:

Quick walk around: We will review the car together to make sure you are happy with it.

Condition check: We take a few photos of the car's current condition so you can relax knowing everything is documented. You are more than welcome to take your own photos or video.

Simple paperwork: There are no long forms to fill out. We just need to take a quick photo of your passport and valid driver's license. We keep these photos only for the duration of your rental and delete them once your rental ends.

Payment: Once you have inspected and approved the car, we will complete the payment (card or cash) and hand over the keys.

ASEAN citizens: If you hold a valid driver's license from an ASEAN member state (Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam), your domestic license is fully recognized in Indonesia.

Other nationalities: Under Indonesian traffic law, foreign drivers from outside the ASEAN region are required to carry an IDP alongside their domestic license.

If you are stopped by the police without one, you may be subject to an official fine of up to 1,000,000 IDR (around $60 USD).

Getting an IDP: Is a straightforward process. You just need to apply through your national automobile association or local transport office using your current driver's license and a passport photo.

For Australian drivers, it costs $49 AUD and is issued instantly at a local branch, or takes a few days online.

For EU drivers, the fee is typically between €15 and €25, and you can usually get it on the same day if you apply in person.

Note: For the car handover process, we only require your valid domestic driver's license and passport. However, we strongly recommend bringing an IDP to ensure you are fully compliant with local traffic laws while on the road.

There is no minimum or maximum age requirement - we only ask that you've held your driver's license for at least 2 years. The same requirements apply to your free second driver.

A credit card is never required to rent with us. There are no upfront payments and no holds placed on your card. We simply collect a small, refundable cash deposit at the time of handover.

Currencies accepted: Any currency - since the deposit will be refunded - we're happy to take whatever is easiest for you.

Refund: Returned in full when you hand the car back (same amount, same currency you paid with).

Airport delivery is free, available around the clock, and our rep meets you right in the arrival hall.

What we need from you: Just your flight number when booking - we take care of the rest.

If your flight is delayed :We track your flight automatically and adjust pickup to your actual arrival time.

Where to find us: Look for our rep in the Meet & Greet area of the arrival hall (the area where drivers wait with name signs). How to spot our team

Short walk to the car: About 5 minutes from the terminal exit, parked in the official airport lot.

Handover at the car: We will do a quick car inspection, handle the simple paperwork, complete the payment, and hand over the keys.

Parking card: We hand you a prepaid e-toll card to tap at the parking exit gate, so you drive straight out without hunting for cash on day one.

We provide free delivery to all the main tourist areas.

Where we deliver: Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu and Ubud. Smaller surrounding spots usually count too - places like Pererenan, Berawa, Jimbaran, Bingin, or Padang Padang.

Delivery hours: 8AM to 8PM. Arriving outside these hours? Airport pickup runs 24/7.

Meet-up: We meet you in the lobby of your hotel or at the entrance of your villa (for villas, we'll ask for the exact location or a staff phone number before confirming your booking).

The handover: Inspection, quick paperwork, and keys, all done at the car. About 5 minutes from start to keys-in-hand.

Outside these areas: We don't deliver to more remote stays like Lovina, Amed, Pemuteran, Munduk, Sidemen, Candidasa, or Tulamben. For those, the easiest options are airport pickup (24/7) or our Ubud office - and you can return to wherever works best for you.

Airport: Look for our team in the Meet & Greet area of the arrival hall (the area where drivers wait with name signs). We meet you at whichever terminal you arrive at, domestic or international, and the sign will have your name on it.

Hotel/Villa: We meet you in the lobby or entrance of your villa.

If you can't spot them: Send us a quick WhatsApp message and stay where you are. We'll come straight to you.

A standard rental day is calculated as 24 hours, meaning your return time should be around the same time the car was delivered.

We understand that travel plans and flight schedules do not always align perfectly with a strict 24-hour window, so we offer up to 3 extra hours free of charge. If you need to keep the car for a bit longer, just let our team know in advance.

The return is quick, friendly, and on your schedule.

Airport: At the departures drop-off curb. Just pull up, and our team will be waiting for you. Use the e-toll card provided with the car to enter the airport.

Hotel or villa: We come to you, just like at delivery.

Ubud office: Drop the keys with us during office hours (8AM–8PM).

Quick walk-around: About 2 minutes, just to confirm everything's in order. If there is a new scratch, we handle it fairly and transparently see how we handle damage.

Fuel: Return the car with roughly the same fuel level it had on delivery. If the tank is lower, we just charge the missing fuel at pump price, no service fee.

Deposit refund: You get exactly the same amount in the same currency you paid with.

Catching a flight? Aim to arrive at the airport a little earlier than you think you need to, since traffic nearby can be unpredictable.

Yes, at no extra charge. Return the car where it's easiest for you, whether that's your hotel, a different town, or the airport.

Drop-off locations: Same as our delivery areas - Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Ubud, and the airport. Hotel and villa drop-offs run 8AM to 8PM; the airport is 24/7.

Changing your drop-off location: Send us a quick WhatsApp message at least a day before your scheduled return. That gives us time to slot it into our schedule cleanly.

Same-day changes: They're harder for us to fit in, so a day's heads-up makes a real difference. But if your plans shift unexpectedly, message us as early as you can and we'll do our best.

Staying somewhere remote? You can hand the car back at our Ubud office or the airport.
